McDade ISD Community,

We want to take this opportunity to introduce our organization to the new parents, students and teachers of your community, as well as to reconnect and say thank you to the existing ones.

The McDade PTI (Parent Teacher Inc.) is an organization that has been around for many years to help our Children, Teachers, and School in any way that we can. We want our children to have a wonderful time at school while getting a great education. We feel to do so; we need to help supply them with things that will give them a better chance at getting started. To help raise money, we have an annual Fall Fest, and this November we raised over seven thousand dollars. We also have had additional fundraisers though out the year. Just to give you an idea of thing that we help purchase, here is a basic list: supplies for the annual Christmas Program, annual Spring Fling, the 8th grade graduation, school library, cafeteria, and equipment for the teacher's work room and playground. the PTI in the past has also given to each teacher money to buy supplies for their own classrooms. Our organization has done many things to help out and we (the existing officers) are inviting ALL concerned PARENTS and TEACHERS to please come join and be a part of our organization.

SUPPORT OUR CHILDREN, bring your ideas of what we can do to help give them a better education and volunteer in any way you can. Our meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month in the Educational Building at 7:00 P.M. We hold our annual election of officers in September; which Next September we we will be looking for new people to hold a position. It is a great experience and gives you a wonderful feeling that you are making a difference in your child's education.
